Arise Ragnarok Tier Lists

Three ranked boards — classes, shadows, and races — with honest disagreement between solo grinders and party groups.

Tier List Hub

Arise Ragnarok launched on Roblox on October 18, 2025 as a live 16-player action RPG, not a closed test and not a copy of Arise Crossover. Rankings here are for this place only: five starter classes, shadows you raise with Arise, and races that some players treat as small passives. Use this hub to pick a list, then jump into the dedicated pages instead of mixing every number into one chart.

The wiki splits ranks because hunters do not play the same game. A solo farmer who never parties has a different S-tier than a four-person dungeon group that wants a frontliner and a healer. If a YouTube thumbnail flattens that into one column, ignore it until you know which camp wrote it.

How to read these lists

Ranks are not loot tables. They answer three questions:

  • What should a new hunter lock after a reroll?
  • What still clears city quests and dungeon windows without a party?
  • What becomes valuable the moment you stand in a 16-player instance with other people?

Open the class picker if you want a short quiz before you spend a reroll. Then read the class tier list for the full S/A/B split, the shadow tier list for army priority, and the race tier list for community-reported bonuses that Pro Game Guides has not published as an official table.

Class ranks in one paragraph

Two camps still fight over the same five kits. The solo grind camp puts Assassin and Mage in S, Tank and Warrior in A, and Healer in B. Launch and group-focused lists reverse that energy: Healer and Warrior sit in S, while Assassin drops because burst is less useful when someone else already holds aggro. This wiki’s practical rec is simpler than either camp. New and easy: Mage, because it is ranged, runs four skill slots, carries no weapons, and deletes packs. Fast solo and PvP: Assassin. Group play: Tank plus Healer. Flexible melee: Warrior, which Pro Game Guides still describes as a wide weapon roster with no skills.

Class-locked loot matters more than the letter next to a name. Equipping a Mage staff on a Warrior, or a stealth dagger on a Healer, wastes a dungeon chest. Confirm the tag before you salvage or lock an upgrade. Stat sheets and the Agility double-jump argument live on the stats and builds guide and on each class page under Classes.

Shadow ranks in one paragraph

Shadows out-damage dumped Strength for most of the leveling curve. After a kill, press E to Arise or R to Collect essences. Extra summon slots open every 90 levels. Duplicate copies merge at the Guild Building. Assassin-type shadows sit at the top of every serious damage ranking we can verify; Elf-type and dungeon bosses are the next hunt. Community boards that list “Ragnarok Boss,” “Frost Giant,” or “Dragon Lord” as confirmed SS names do not agree with each other, and those titles stay unconfirmed here. Do not import Crossover shadow names into this game. Full rules, merge order, and what to skip are on the shadow tier list and the shadows guide.

Race ranks in one paragraph

Races are the weakest of the three boards. Game Anomaly reports Human as balanced, Elf as Intelligence, Dwarf as mining, Orc as Strength, and Demon as a damage bonus. Pro Game Guides has not published a matching official table, so we treat those numbers as community claims. Codes named ELF and IGRIS are dungeon chest codes, not race unlocks — redeem them from the codes list with the redeem steps. Pairing a race to a class is optional flavor until you have a kit you actually enjoy. Details sit on the race tier list and the mining guide if you are rolling Dwarf for crystals.

What we will not rank

We will not rank Crossover islands, maps, or weapons from the other CLGAMES place. We will not invent a single global S-tier that pretends solo and party are the same. We will not freeze a list across a patch without a note — the Hunters + QoL update already shifted how people talk about keys, quality-of-life, and dungeon pacing. Check Updates when a kit feels weaker than the letter on this hub.

First hour using ranks, not vibes

  1. Claim live codes, then ignore expired like-milestones on the expired codes page.
  2. Lock Mage if you want a safe ranged start, or Assassin if you already like melee burst. The getting started route and controls page cover movement, Arise, and the city hub.
  3. Run blue quests until you can survive a dungeon window. Portals are timed; the dungeon guide and dungeon schedule keep you off empty doors.
  4. Arise assassin-type shadows instead of collecting every corpse. Merge later, not on your first duplicate.
  5. Only then worry about race rerolls, mining loops, or scripts such as auto farm and auto arise.

If a rank and a feel conflict, trust the feel for one session, then come back to the matching sub-page. The letters exist to stop you from rerolling a working Mage into a Healer because a launch thumbnail said support was S-tier — and to stop you from ignoring Healer entirely when you finally have a Tank standing in front of you.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for Arise Ragnarok on Roblox.

Which Arise Ragnarok tier list should I open first?

Start with the class tier list if you still need a kit. Use the shadow tier list once you are arising corpses, and the race tier list only after your class feels locked.

Why do Assassin and Healer swap S-tier depending on the video?

Solo grind lists prize burst and AoE. Launch and group lists prize sustain and a melee weapon kit. Both are describing real 16-player play after the October 18, 2025 launch — they are scoring different jobs.

Is this the same ranking as Arise Crossover?

No. This hub is for Arise Ragnarok (place 137700422270232). Crossover shadows, ranks, and maps do not apply. Official and community links live on the links hub.

Do I need a perfect race before I dungeon?

No. Class kit and shadow army move the needle more. Hit the next dungeon window with Mage or Assassin and assassin-type shadows before you spend currency rerolling Human, Elf, Dwarf, Orc, or Demon.

Where do I actually pick a class?

Roll in the character flow, then use rerolls from codes or shop items. The Classes Hub explains each kit, and the class picker is the short version of this hub.
